Aktualisierung der Erreichbarkeitsdaten / Updating your contact details
Für die Teilnahme im alumni- und Kontaktnetzwerk ist es erforderlich, dass Sie Ihre Erreichbarkeitsdaten (Postadresse, Mailadresse, Telefonnummer) aktuell halten. Dies ist insbesondere dann wichtig, wenn Sie kein aufrechtes Dienstverhältnis oder Studium an der TU Graz mehr haben. Sie können Adressänderungen entweder formlos unter adresse@tugraz.at melden oder diese direkt selbst eintragen.
Wenn Sie Ihre Adressänderung selbst eintragen möchten, melden Sie sich bei TUGRAZonline im Profil alumni- und Kontaktnetzwerk an.
Wählen Sie die Kachel "Alumni Toolbox". Im Bereich "Informationsprodukte" finden Sie rechts oben Ihre aktuell gespeicherten Erreichbarkeitsdaten und können diese bearbeiten. Sie können auch auswählen, ob Sie postalisch oder per E-Mail kontaktiert werden möchten.
Hinweis: Stammdaten (Namen, Titel etc.) können Sie nicht selbst bearbeiten. Sie finden aber in der Maske einen Link, über den Sie eine Änderung bekannt geben können.
Hinweis: Wenn Sie Ihre Erreichbarkeitsdaten nicht selbst ändern möchten, schreiben Sie ein E-Mail an adresse@tugraz.at. Wir übernehmen dann die Bearbeitung für Sie.
In order to participate in the alumni and global network, it is necessary that you keep your contact details (postal address, e-mail address, telephone number) up to date. This is particularly important if you are no longer employed or studying at TU Graz. You can either report address changes informally at adresse@tugraz.at or enter them directly yourself.
If you would like to enter your change of address yourself, log in to TUGRAZonline in the alumni and global network profile.
Select the "Alumni Toolbox" tile. In the "Information products" section at the top right you will find your currently saved contact details and can edit them. You can also choose whether you would like to be contacted by post or email.
Note: You cannot edit master data (names, titles, etc.) yourself. However, you will find a link on the screen that you can use to make a change.
Note: If you do not wish to change your contact details yourself, please send an e-mail to adresse@tugraz.at. We will then do the editing for you.
