Alumni Account vorhanden - Passwort vergessen
Wenn Sie das Passwort für Ihren Zugang zu TUGRAZonline / alumnidigital vergessen haben, gibt es folgende zwei Möglichkeiten.
a) ID Austria: Mittels der ID Austria können Sie sich ohne weiteres Passwort einwählen, eine Anleitung dazu finden Sie unter https://2fa.tugraz.at/alumni.
b) Andernfalls beantragen Sie HIER einen neuen PIN-Code
Existing alumni account - forgotten password
If you have forgotten the password to access TUGRAZonline / alumnidigital, you have the following two options.
a) ID Austria: You can use ID Austria to log in without a password. Instructions on how to do this are provided at https://2fa.tugraz.at/alumni.
b) Otherwise, request a new PIN HERE

Schritte nach der Beantragung
1) PIN Code
Wenn Sie HIER Ihre Mailadresse bestätigt und einen Lichtbildausweis übermittelt haben, können wir die (Re-)Aktivierng Ihres Accounts freischalten. Zum Abschluss dieses Vorganges erhalten Sie binnen weniger Tage einen PIN Code, mit dem Sie die Aktivierung durchführen können. Nach Erhalt Ihres PIN-Codes können Sie diesen innerhalb von 10 Tagen auf https://online.tugraz.at/ einlösen. Nach Einlösung Ihres PINs wird Ihnen entweder Ihr Benutzername angezeigt oder Sie können einen Benutzernamen wählen.
2) zweiten Faktor wählen (2FA)

Steps after the application
1) PIN code
Once you have confirmed your e-mail address HERE and sent us a photo ID, we can activate or re-activate your account. To complete this process, you will receive a PIN code within a few days, which you can use to activate your account. Once you have received your PIN code, you can redeem it within 10 days at online.tugraz.at. After redeeming your PIN, you will either be shown your user name or you can choose a user name.
